Q: Is this a Couples’ Retreat?
A: No. It is two separate retreats (men’s retreat & women’s retreat) at the same location and at the same time.
Q: If I bring my spouse, will we room together?
A: Men and women will be bunking separately, even if you are married, as the retreat center does not have separate hotel-type rooms for couples.
Q: Can spouses or children come if they have not been through the training? Can we come if we have only been through Threshold and not Crossroads by the retreat date?
A: This retreat is for Journey alumni, so only focused for those who have been through Threshold & Crossroads. There is a Crossroads class in September, so there’s still time…. Sign up now!
Q: Are any meals included?
A: Yes. All 5 meals will be included and provided by the camp. (Fri: dinner, Sat: breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sun: breakfast.) You can bring your own snacks if you like.
Q: Will there be organized group time as well as free time?
A: Yes, there will be organized sessions for just women and just for men as well as some large group sessions with both men and women together. We will also have free time for you to just relax or participate in any of the activities provided by Sky Ranch (some optional activities- skeet shooting, zip lining, horseback riding, etc – require additional charges, $6-$17).
Q: Can we bring our own firearms?
A: No. Skeet shooting is one of the available activities and firearms are provided by Sky Ranch.
Q: Who will be speaking at the breakout sessions?
A: Some of the Journey Training Facilitators
Q: Can they accommodate my food allergies?
A: Yes. At registration, you have the opportunity to list any allergies or restrictions for food.
