If notified more than 2 days before your training date, we will allow a one-time offer to reschedule your training to a future month that better fits your schedule within 6 months of your original training date. Please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to offer the opening to someone else, as we have limited space for each class. The tuition fees you paid will rollover to the month you select.
There is a 40% non-refundable registration fee that covers administration costs and hotel contractual requirements. The remainder of your tuition can be refunded, provided you have notified us 7 days or more prior to the training for which you registered. If 3-6 days notification has been given, we will gladly roll your payment over to a future date that will better fit your schedule within 6-months of your original training date, however, no refund will be given.
Included in your tuition is an all you can eat breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday mornings prior to the start of training. Your lunch, dinner and snacks are not included, so plan accordingly. Small coolers are allowed. The hotel has dining facilities. There are also ample restaurants within a 1 mile radius of the hotel to include; Applebee’s, Delta Café, Arby’s, Popeye’s, McDonald’s, Subway, Sonic, Bogeys, Mazzio’s and Quiznos.
The temperature in the training room tends to fluctuate. Please consider bringing a jacket or sweater just in case it gets cool in the room. Also, some exercises may involve sitting on the floor. Consider this when you are dressing and packing for the weekend.
This is YOUR training. You will get out of it what you put into it, just like most things in life. You may or may not participate in some optional things; it really depends on you. We will not force you to do anything you do not want to do.
